Artist Self Onboarding!

We work with our partners at ITSme to provide our Artists a fully automated onboarding service via our bespoke system ARTicle.

Artists can now bypass manual provision of their requested elements and onboard themselves to the agencies without the assistance of a mediator.

How it works:

Upon registration, you will be provided with a list of the easy steps it takes to complete the onboarding process.

The Portal will enable you to:

– Fill in personal details (such as name, address, phone number…)
– Upload your artist profile picture to be shown on the website
– Fill in your artist bio
– Provide your social media accounts
– Provide your client list
– Upload legal paperwork (such as ID, W-8BEN/ W-9 forms…)
– And easily sign the agency agreement, from your computer

We remain attentive to any questions that may arise along the way and will be here to guide you through every step of the process.

As noted above, we work in partnership with ITSme Group Inc., which, as well as being one of our clients, onboards artists to the Agencies that we work with. You may notice some of the branding on the onboarding steps and the portal is ITSme, Accountsadmin or both.
